I am not responsible for any damage or loss of items once my art leaves my hands and is in the care of the postal services unless information and pictures are provided that I deem valid enough. I do not give out refunds or replacements unless proof is given. Please remember it can take up to 3 weeks for an item to be shipped locally (UK) and a maximum of 10 weeks for an item to be shipped internationally.
